Share Your World 2014 – Week 45

YAY! It’s that time of the week for another installment of Share Your World thanks to Cee over at Cee’s Photorography!  Here are this weeks questions with my answers!  Enjoy!

What is your favorite color? It’s odd, I don’t really have ONE favorite color!  If you ask me to pick a favorite color or which color am I going to be in a board game, I will always pick purple!  Looking at my wardrobe, I apparently love black, white, & gray with pops of color.  Looking around my house the majority of everything is decorated in burgundy, black, & tan. 

In what do you find the simplest of joys? The simple, everyday life activities with my three guys bring me the most joy!  I love date night in with T…take out and a movie on the couch!  I love when all 4 of us sit down to supper and talk about different things.  Talking to M early in the morning about his day or listening to his excitement after school; A quiet car ride with R when he talks about sports, etc. 

Would you prefer a reading nook or an art, craft, photography studio? Well, I don’t have any of them but a reading nook with time to actually read would be great!  I guess my modern day reading nook would be an oversized chair with internet connection and my iPad to catch up on social media! 

What is at least one of your favorite quotes? Hmm…that’s hard!  I’m not a big quote person, so I’m going to say my favorite bible verse!  Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you!” declares the Lord, “Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up? I’m so grateful for Sunday afternoon with my boys.  We spent several hours together (along with Ms. Nike) walking behind our house, exploring the woods and talking and then we wrapped it up with snacks and hot cocoa at home!  I’m soooo looking forward to our #NorthIowaBloggers get together tomorrow night!
